    - anizationd in China & individuals.

2. Providing a complete set of law service for investment ,  

     setup of offices and for seeking partners in shaoxing.   

3. Accepting trust to provide law service concerning trade

    and commerce, finance securitied, real estate,  taxation,

    man power, business, registration, knowledge, rights pro

    -perty( works, trade mark, patent ) , transfer of property,

    -renting, mortgage, give away and heritage.   

4. Providing law service concerning liquidation for the disso   

    -lution ;  the establishment  of stock  system  ; change of 

    stockownership; transfer of stock owership and others. 

5. Acting as defender entrusted by the defendant in handling  

    criminal caeses ; acting  as agent entrusted by the private 

    party who prosecutes  a  case  by  himself  or by the public
